- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently visited the Bixby ER in Adrian MI and Dr. Masyk was my attending physician. She treated me with such flippant cruelty, that I was left dumbfounded by it. When she left my bedside I was in tears and afraid that the ER wouldn't help me at all. Instead of doing her job to help and heal, she instead chose to treat me as a burden, and waste of her time and energy. It was devastating on top of being in pain and scared. The ER directory came down to apologize to me personally for Dr. Masyk's lack of bedside manner. I still feel compelled to share this, in hopes if you find yourself in the ER in Adrian, you don't have to experience the same hurtful behavior I did.April 02, 2017by Erin Zerbe
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ZERO stars. Made appointment 2 MONTHS in advance. Office confirmed my insurance is accepted. I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease, Retrolisthesis, and severe Spinal Stenosis, so I only got maybe an hour of sleep before my early morning appt. I arrived 45 minutes early and had my paperwork (about 30 minutes worth) completed 15 minutes before my appt., as requested. When I got up to the counter to check in, the receptionist informed me that they do not accept my insurance, but that I was welcome to keep the appt. and just pay it out of pocket. Absolutely livid... Never seen such ineptitude.February 17, 2017by Robbie B
